This position is responsible for:
Managing Account Relationships: working with sales teams to address customer invoicing and contract issues, user entitlements and changes, monitoring product utilization and recommending actions to address including training and general inquiries; and
Growing revenue and protecting existing revenue streams: through strong account management skills matched with product knowledge, uncovering new revenue opportunities and collaborating with sales team to facilitate upcoming renewals.
You will be a strong team player and will possess:
a university degree or college diploma in business or related area;
5+ years of inside sales or customer service in a B2B environment;
the ability to multi-task and work efficiently;
excellent organizational skills;
analytical and problem-solving abilities;
excellent verbal and written English and French communication skills; and
strong PC skills and proficiency with MS Office.
