Role Responsibilities

Review & data processing of mechanic timesheets / expense forms into SAP on a weekly basis for payroll processing

Creation of Service Orders / Jos in SAP

Administer the customer billing and invoicing process

Warehouse shipping / receiving

Parts Ordering and follow up to ensure delivery

Mechanic Vehicle maintenance – repairs, registration, insurance

Safety Program Implementation & Support

Daily filing & other duties as requested.

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

Efficient & accurate data entry skills

Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems

Detail oriented

Highly organized with strong attention to strict payroll deadlines.

Ability to work both independently and within a team setting

Flexibility to navigate changing business demands.
