What will you do?
Deliver high-end client experience and day-to-day banking advice to high-net-worth Canadians following all five principles of the Black Card Experience
Clearly outline to clients the expected steps of every process and keep them apprised of the status of their inquiry/request
After proper discovery and analysis, deliver financial advice through the presentation of options with a recommendation that clearly articulates the value to the client
Work with clients’ children to deliver financial literacy
Proactively contribute to business development by creating ideas in weekly planning/strategy sessions with follow up and execution of planned activities
Work with the Private Banker to identify opportunities and assist with pre-meeting planning and building of agenda
What do you need to succeed?
Superior client relationship management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Successful completion of the Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) course or willingness to complete within 6 months
Two years of relevant financial services industry experience with high-net-worth clients
Knowledge of RBC’s digital solutions
