Roles & Responsibilities

The Bilingual HR Advisor will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for the following duties: 

  • Provide HR support to all the different branches and handle all employee/branch inquiries
  • Prepare employee offer letters, disciplinary and termination letters
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance coverage.
  • Provide information to managers and employees on company benefits and policies
  • Calculate and remit insurance premiums to various carriers in Canada
  • Management of disability claims employees * Two (2) + years of Human Resources support experience
  • Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • University and/or college education, preferably in a discipline related to Human Resources
  • CHRP/CHRL is an asset
