Job Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will undertake the following:

Develop and maintain new and existing client relationships to help grow sales and identify new business opportunities

Conduct regular analyses of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) of the designated market/area

Assess the market for new business opportunities, proactively realign sales strategies to anticipate changing economic conditions to identify and capture opportunities

Plan and organize schedule key sales and account management activity

Review and analyse applicable sales reports, and prepare action plans for the Sales Leader

Participate in regular sales meetings, company training sessions, regularly review internal communications for program changes and/or enhancements to effectively respond to customer queries

Enter all pertinent customer information and call notes and schedule all customer appointments into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database on a regular basis

Remain up-to-date on any competitors in the industry and communicate relevant information with the sales team

Manage expense control by reviewing individual personal budget and monitoring spending accordingly

Collaborate with the Sales Team and internal partners to identify creative opportunities for new business

Minimum of 5 years’ high volume sales experience

Excellent customer service skills to grow the business and foster positive account relationships with internal and external partners

Excellent written and oral communication as well as presentation skills

A self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
