Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior Representative will be responsible for account management, supervision of the Junior Representative and will work in tandem with the Junior representative to solicit and secure new business. These roles will cover the territories from St. John’s to Halifax with one representative to reside in each location, working remotely together as a team.

To be successful in either role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

Perform an average of 100 “real world” sales calls per month.

Use our 1000+ leads list to generate potential clients and use initiative to generate new ones.

Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Attend bi-weekly remote sales meetings with staff.

Qualifications and Skills

The Senior Representative

5 plus years of sales and business development

Experience with Supervision of staff

Excellent organizational and team player skills.

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Must be legally able to work in Canada and above 18 years of age

This is a remote position and will require computer knowledge and the ability to interview via Skype

Computer literacy, internet research ability and use of excel and email is required

The Junior Representative

This position is open to 2nd year, 3rd year and 4th year students ore new graduates looking for sales experience.

1+ year customer service experience required plus 1 year of demonstrated sales experience with proven results

Detailed and professional in all types of communication styles (written, verbal and interpersonal communication).

Excellent organizational and team player skills.

Hardworking and enthusiastic personality.
