Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyse business or operating procedures, processes, and workflow to improve efficiency.

Liaison with central IT Business Analysts and Developers to convert business requirements into technical systems requirements.

Develop expertise in potential business solutions and tools for various functional areas.

Participate as core team member on business systems projects.

Support day-to-day end user requests related to core business process and systems.

Provide improvement recommendations relevant to our sales pricing models.

Contribute in the development of end user reporting needs.


Bachelor of Business Administration and / or any related degree

Ability to work on multiple project/activities on any given day without losing sight of what the most important to complete are; ability to prioritize

Lean Six Sigma certification a definite advantage

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel is essential

Excellent communication skills

Analytical and multi-tasking skills

Teamwork and motivational skills
