Roles & Responsibilities

As a Cardholder Care Representative you will leverage your communication skills as you engage across a range of different channels including telephone, email and live chats to resolve and handle member needs. You are committed to delivering personalized advice regarding various credit card services offered by Vancity. You’ll be navigating multiple computer systems, processes and policies all while having a quality conversation with a member. While doing all this, enjoy sharing an impactful stories of the Enviro VISA funding program. Vancity Enviro VISA cardholders have helped raise millions of dollars for community investment over the years just by using their credit cards for daily transactions. To top that off, it’s a great place to develop your career and meet new friends!

Qualifications  

Competencies:


Solid communication and interpersonal skills 

Analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills

Solid ability to work in a fast paced changing environment

Tech-Savvy – technical agility and intermediate skills using a variety of softwares and platforms

Education and Experience:

The competencies for this position would typically be acquired through High School plus some post-secondary coursework. 

Minimum 1 year customer service experience

Banking or call centre experience would be an asset

Fluency in French, both verbal and written is an asset
