Recruitment for permanent, long-term occasional and daily supply teaching positions is a year-round process.

Teaching applications are accepted throughout the year. Applicants must be in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers. Successful candidates will be placed in our Occasional Teacher List or Hire Pool. The selection process also includes second interviews at the school level. No offers of employment are made until successful screening, interview and reference checking procedures have been completed. 

We have a need for and are always interested in receiving applications from candidates with French as a Second Language or French teaching qualifications.

Application Requirements:

To apply for any teaching position (permanent, long-term occasional or daily supply) a complete application consisting of the following eight items must be received through Apply to Education. Please note that the omission of any of the eight items, including the responses to the three questions listed under item eight shall constitute an incomplete application and will not be considered.

  • Cover Letter of Introduction
  • Résumé
  • Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of Qualification (or interim or provisional if applicable)
  • Written pastoral reference dated within one year of the date of application.   
  • Practice teaching reports (for new graduates) OR Most recent performance evaluation/report(s) (for experienced teachers).
  • Proof of completion of the pre-service Religious Education Course.
  • University transcripts (for new graduates only)
  • The names and contact information of three Professional References (Personal References will not be accepted.)
  • Typed responses to the following three questions Responses to each question should not exceed a maximum of 100 words:
