Our client is a large, International, successful and growing general contractor involved in building and other constructi­­­on works including process line installati­­­on, investigat­­­ion, planning, research, evaluation­­­, diagnosis, ­­­ soil investigat­­­ion, surveying, ­­­ design, equipment procuremen­­­t, supervisio­­­n, management­­­ and consulting­­­ in connection­­­ with constructi­­­on works.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

They have several small industrial or manufacturing facilities construction projects (< $10 Million each) on the go at any one time in the Atlanta area that requires Project Managers. An experienced Project Manager can easily manage 2 or 3 projects of this size simultaneously.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The job consists in planning, directing and coordinating activities of assigned projects to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing typical project management duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Once these jobs are complete, the Project Manager must be willing to relocate to wherever the next job might be. It will be within the continental Southeast U.S.

EXPERIENCE: In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have:

-5 to 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial/industrial construction project management. -Experience in determining constructability and pricing according to project requirements. -Experience with computer software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, WinEst and SharePoint. COMPENSATION:

$75,000 – $80,000
