Roles & Responsibilities


  • The Digital Customer Consultant / Senior Consultant provides professional consulting services including:
  • Understanding client’s business needs and assessing how to enable a solution to meet their needs;
  • Developing applications on Salesforce, and related technologies – from analysis and design through to implementation, testing and deployment;
  • Building positive client and peer relationships by developing an understanding of customer’s business and project objectives;
  • Developing analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction;
  • Working in a collaborative team to analyze client objectives, assess potential options, provide recommendations, facilitate decisions, and develop solutions;
  • Supervising junior team members and leading work streams for small to medium sized projects;
  • Mentoring and training junior consultants and providing quality reviews of work products and deliverables;
  • Working closely with Team Leader, Project Manager and/or Engagement Partner to improve ways of working, resolve issues, etc;
  • Assisting in sales pursuits through the development of client proposals;
  • Participating in practice development initiatives (proposals, product development, communities of practice, centers of excellence, hackathons, recruiting activities, conference participation).

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be able to communicate effectively
  • 2+ years of experience implementing Salesforce and related technologies across the full lifecycle;
  • Salesforce certification (Administrator or Platform App Builder);

Hands on experience with any of the following:

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud administration and configuration
  • Workflow and APEX coding
  • Custom Application development (APEX, Visualforce, Triggers, Lightning Components)
  • Custom front-end development (React
  • Salesforce SOAP or REST API development
  • Salesforce batch data loading and data migration
  • Salesforce Communities configuration
  • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence;
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams;
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions;
  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving;
  • Canadian travel required;
  • Candidates must have the ability to travel up to 75%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post graduate degree and/or a professional designation is a strong asset (e.g. PMP)
  • Agile development experience (e.g. Certified Scrum Master)
  • Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, and/or Service Cloud Consultant
  • Experience using ReactJS, Flux, Redux, Relay/GraphQL, ReactNative for Front End focused positions
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JavaScript, JSON, and/or Ajax
  • Knowledge of least one object oriented programming language (Java, Javascript, C++, C#, Ruby, Python)
  • Good understanding of Database technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL and relational database schema design
  • Experience in automated testing including unit and functional testing using Java, JUnit, JSUnit, Selenium
  • Experience with developer tools like git, Ant, Maven and Eclipse IDE
  • Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development
  • Eligibility to travel to the U.S. and/or globally
