Roles & Responsibilities

The Data Analyst / Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for the data integrity of our client’s CRM systems and implements quality check routines, reviews contact records, scrubbing/cleansing of data and interacts with the user community.


  • Define and maintain the data management strategy and data architecture
  • Perform complex data analysis to identify data quality issues/trends and report findings to the business record owners and IT management
  • Provide data quality resolution advice to business information owners
  • Provide general end user support
  • Configure and execute data cleanup activities
  • Develop and implement data correction plans to address issues as they arise
  • Ensure that automated data imports/exports contain appropriate data and run in a timely manner
  • Maintain documentation for data quality standards and related policies as defined by the business stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of user training materials
  • Participate in functional and acceptance testing during system upgrades/enhancements to ensure data quality and consistency
  • Ensure corporate data is secured in accordance with IT security policies

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis/data management preferably with a CRM system
  • Good understanding of information processing as it relates to business
  • Excellent knowledge of IT/data best practices and database concepts
  • Good knowledge of application and network security best practices
  • Experience creating/maintaining user guidelines
  • Experience with MS Access
  • Knowledge of Salesforce object database concepts (an asset)
  • Experience in monitoring and configuring connections to external databases (an asset)
  • Working technical knowledge of common programming languages
  • Working knowledge of network and Windows operating systems (an asset)
  • Working knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and standards (an asset)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Visio and Excel
  • Knowledge of ITIL Framework
