Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Role:

Monitor and implement changes to the website and ensuring all website properties are up to date and new information is posted on a timely basis

Anticipate and raise any website requirements, effort, and timeline attributed to all projects and content migration

Support lines of businesses with website analytics through Google Analytics when required

Manage the development and implementation of all electronic communications

Create content, layout, manage, test and distribute all scheduled, urgent and adhoc email communications

Manage the distribution of all email communications

Obtain necessary and timely approvals from business units for every electronic communication

Manage all email lists and subscribers to ensure optimum delivery and regulatory obligations (CASL Law), including weekly maintenance and cleanup

Manage the development and ongoing maintenance of global electronic communication calendar

Liaise with email platform supplier for implementation/changes

Ensure best practices are used to increase delivery results

Manage outsourced layouts for email platform which includes creating and adding Google Analytics code for tracking

Create content, layout, edit, manage, test the development and manage all monthly newsletters

Liaise with outside suppliers to create a schedule of monthly prizes and facilitate the delivery to the winners

Monitor Newsletter email inbox and follow-up in a timely manner

Produce email communication delivery report

Qualifications:

Experience in website, content management and social media

Knowledge of HTML and CSS

Knowledge in SEO best practices

Experience in managing email campaigns through CRM integration

Knowledge of Kentico, Informz, Design 2.0, Mail Chimp and iMIS platforms

Prior experience utilizing Google Analytics, Google Plus and YouTube

Experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Office and Mikogo

Excellent communication skills

Flexible approach to project work, strong problem solving skills and detailed oriented

Excellent analytical, logical, time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and in team environment

Ability to work successfully in autonomy in a virtual work environment

Video editing skills with Filmora would be an asset
