Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pardot Marketing Automation:

Create emails for distribution

Manage and maintain contact lists

Manage templates – landing pages, emails, forms

Create lead generation assets

Experience with Salesforce an asset

Web Traffic Analysis, Reporting, and Advertising

Use Google Analytics to assess web traffic and online marketing programs

Implement and maintain current SEO and SEM plans

Implement and maintain current social media advertising plans

Use web lead tracking tool to identify new leads and forward to sales

Implement inbound marketing program – use sign-up forms and customer online chat tools to increase identification of web visitors

Manage Remarketing campaigns

Website Maintenance

Maintain pages

Troubleshoot issues

Work closely with our web provider to ensure excellent web presence for all visitors

Graphics/Video/Design work

Use Adobe Creative Suite to produce marketing collateral (brochures, spec sheets, promotional videos, web landing pages, registration tools, etc.)

Create new sales collateral, including PowerPoint presentations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or equivalent

5 years of experience in business-to-business marketing, preferably in a high-tech industry

Experience and proficiency with a CRM (ideally Salesforce)

Experience with Google marketing tools including Google Analytics, Adwords, and Data Studio, and with social media advertising on Facebook and LinkedIn

Knowledge and proficiency with HTML and CSS web development

An excellent ability to work in a small team, with a can-do attitude
