Roles & Responsibilities

Required Skills

Provide leadership and management to drive continuous improvement in over-the-counter parts fill, delivery and efficiency of parts delivery process to get the parts to destination in most expedient and least cost method, proactively manage parts obsolescence, and ensure the organization meets its parts turn metrics

Work with the traffic department to devise and implement transportation plans to achieve stock order and machine down order delivery times to the branches and dealers

Provide leadership on parts pricing strategies to ensure the organization achieves margin expectations while achieving revenue targets

Responsible for the oversight and performance of the Centralized Parts Warehouse in Calgary, Industries warehouse in Bloomington, and any other parts facility within the Brandt Group of Companies.

Work with Brandt Industries to create stocking logic to meet the forecasted demand

Provide guidance and broad communication to Branches, Dealers, partners, and suppliers to ensure alignment and the organization meets established parts performance objectives

Determine needs and establish capital budgets for parts operations

Required Experience 

Previous managerial experience

Highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous Industry experience

Experience in inventory management

Post-secondary education in business administration or supply-chain management
