Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a high-end, custom furniture supplier based in Richmond. They sell furniture to hotels, restaurants, cafes, casinos, bars and pubs throughout the Lower Mainland. They are looking for a new Inside Sales / Customer Service Rep to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced junior-intermediate sales representative to join this fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

Making outbound phone calls to current customers

Cold calling potential customers

Client relationship management


Requirements

Previous customer service experience/skills

Previous sales experience is an asset

Interest or experience in the furniture, interior design or design industries is an asset

‘Hunter’ mentality – not afraid to pick up the phone and make cold calls

Superb time management skills

High attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Enthusiastic, driven, persuasive and a self-motivated personality with a drive to be successful.
