|Key Responsibilities Include|
•Support with campaign planning, kitting, packaging, shipping and in-market implementation
•Support Store Openings (BCAA Insurance & Auto Service Locations)
•Support with reporting on sales & market performance
•Competitive Analysis (pricing, offers, competitive media monitoring, industry trends, mystery Shopping)
•Updating in store content (Member Lounge Video, Digital Posters & in-store merchandising)
•Assist with proofing and trafficking of campaign materials
•Organize marketing materials & proofs, ensuring safe tracking of signed/approved materials
•Assist with organizing pre-production documents (shipping + distribution)
•Help organize and manage the inventory storage (e.g. banners, posters, hardware)
•Data entry, maintaining spreadsheets (e.g. inventory of assets, retail deficiencies List)
•Publishing communications on the intranet
•Support accounting processes, including invoice coding and requests for PO’s
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or other related field.
•Creative thinker with strong analytical ability
•Intermediate or higher computer skills and high level of proficiency using Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
•Ability to prioritize and handle a wide variety of tasks
•Strong organizational and time management skills considered an asset
•Team player and detail oriented, with the ability to work with minimum supervision
•Proactive mindset and ability to plan, communicate, and deliver project plans accordingly
•Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and have sound business judgment in project prioritization
•Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign a plus.
•Demonstrated ease, ability, and interest in working with data
•Comfortable with and able to demonstrate appropriate conflict resolution strategies and know when and how to escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholder.
•Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of marketing and technical experience
•Excellent oral/written presentation skills.
•Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.
•Strong decision making, problem solving and leadership skills.
•Results oriented self-starter with ability to work independently.
•Ability to execute quickly and with high-quality precision.
•Has a good proofing. Maintains the highest standards of quality.
•Must successfully pass a background check, which may include a criminal, credit, and credential check.
