About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure and Information Protection you will be responsible for:
Leading the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) change management process for both corporate and Electronic Health Record (EHR) related IT environments
Providing direction and oversight to the Change Management Coordinator and supporting the development and coordination of risk management processes for the department
Providing business analysis and project coordination support for department-related projects, including acting as a liaison between external consultants, stakeholders and Centre resources
Compiling and drafting reports and participating in the development and evaluation of request for proposals and budget preparations
Superior communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and networking skills
Self-motivated and possess excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem solving skills along with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrate an ability to build consensus and facilitate solutions amongst a team
Your Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
A minimum of five years’ related experience (preferably in areas of technical leadership, business orientation, IT procedural documentation and/or IT change management process)
