Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager, the responsibilities of the Accounting Technician will be as follows:

* Complete the full cycle of payables and receivables;
* Control the financial activities of the company;
* Manage cash and working capital;
* Perform the monthly financial statements;
* Claim sales taxes;
* Make payments;
* Prepare data for payroll (external firm);
* Perform billing;
* Be the link with the suppliers;
* All other related tasks

The profile sought for this position is the following:

* DEC in accounting or any other training considered relevant;
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar functions;
* Bilingualism both orally and in writing
* Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
* Good knowledge of the Acomba system – ESSENTIAL;
* Be quick-witted, have a good learning ability, be rigorous and professional.
