Ensure engagements are completed on time, at budget
Provide teams with day-day guidance, coaching
Focus on top 5 banks; existing relationships would be preferred
Be able to support proposal development with support from senior manager and partner.
Be able to develop trusted client relationships with client project managers.
Be able to manage engagement teams of up to 3-5 or more practitioners
Work with KPMG leaders to develop thought leadership, white papers and other intellectual assets
Motivated to achieve career progression to SM & Partner levels
Skills and Experience
7-10 years of experience working within a consulting firm with focus on top 5 Canadian banks
Ability to build client relationships at mid-levels (Managers/Senior Managers, Directors)
Experience in operations transformation within retail banking (depth in at least one of the areas – lean, cost take out, TOM redesign)
Deep understanding of one of the domains within retail and commercial banking, wealth, digital.
Strong project execution skills, including leading day-day execution, team management, mid-level client engagement, managing project schedule, risks, timelines
Passionate about supporting proposals in addition to project work
Consulting experience from Deloitte, Oliver Wymann, PwC, EY, Accenture, Capco, BCG (selectively)
