Roles & Responsibilities


Manage Centralized teams and their functions

10 associates including 1 Supervisor with associates located in Peterborough and Edmonton

Support centralized Vendor set up and maintenance for Canada

Support centralized Vendor Rebate set up and maintenance for Canada

Create clean consistent Data for Canadian operations

Oversee Canada wide Data cleanse projects for Vendor and Item

Identify process improvements, develop action plans, and work together with IT, the operating companies and others towards implementation

Assist with National initiative project work

Provide support to the Canadian operations

Support Sysco Canada, Divisional and Operating Company Management in the area of Vendor Rebate management and Financial analysis

Conduct special projects as required

Other duties and projects as required


Bachelor degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting or Business

Management experience in a team-oriented workplace is required

Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop associates

Minimum five (5+) years job related experience in Vendor Services, Reporting, Auditing and Business Analysis

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Cognos, AS400, Internet applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within the Sysco organization.

Excellent time management, problem solving and decision making skills

Must be extremely detail and deadline oriented, a fast learner, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks
