Responsibilities and Duties

Reporting to the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the consultative process to help seniors and adult children make informed decisions whenchoosing a retirement residence.
  • Manage telephone inquiries and convert to personal visit bookings where appropriate.
  • Conduct personal visits, follow up on inquiries, secure referrals.
  • Track marketing activity and analyze data to identify trends specific to the community and residence.
  • Create, retain and grow a portfolio of strategic networking partnerships with the local healthcare community and within the community at large.
  • Maintain a qualified lead database.
  • Assist with development, promotion, and implementation of marketing plans and events.


Qualifications and Skills

  • While motivated new marketing program grads are welcome, some experience in a consultative leasing role is a definite asset;
  • The ability to successfully follow an established leasing process, including prospecting and closing transactions;
  • Empathetic and caring interpersonal customer service skills;
  • Ability to network, multi-task and promote services;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Knowledge of the surrounding area and communities;
  • High computer literacy with MS Office software and knowledge of related software programs;
  • Flexible hours, evenings, weekends may sometimes be required.
