Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Website and Other Digital Platforms

Lead and project manage the modernization of the Do Process website.

Oversee all architecture and backend requirements by working closely with our vendor partners and internal stakeholders.

Manage ongoing website updates, analytics, SEO, and other development efforts to strengthen our web presence.

Perform testing and troubleshoot issues as needed to seek out effective resolutions.

Continuously look for ways to enhance our website through new value added functionality, analytics capabilities, or integrations over and above existing capabilities.

Lead the design and implementation for new digital platforms including social media.

Reporting

Design and implement marketing dashboards and analytics using digital technologies such as ActOn, Salesforce, and website among others in collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendor partners.

Monitor and report on marketing results for all marketing activities including events, campaigns, customer surveys, and communications to internal stakeholders and the Management team.

Manage all aspects of marketing reporting, data analysis, and data integrity including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.

Manage marketing requirements for customer and prospect lists in alignment with CASL.

Monitor and report on marketing budget expenses and provide quarterly summary reports.

Project Management and Marketing Operations

Project manage and help execute on marketing initiatives such as the Do Process website modernization, rebranding, new product introductions, and launching of new digital platforms including social media.

Identify and set up the backend technology requirements, in collaboration with our vendor partners, to deploy high impact campaigns and other marketing activities.

Work collaboratively with the Marketing team and stakeholders to deliver on high impact campaigns that result in providing exceptional customer experiences.

Manage all aspects of our marketing automation and digital systems and processes for the effective deployment of campaigns, communications, and other marketing initiatives.

Ensure the overall effectiveness of campaigns and other marketing activities through testing, analysis, and ongoing optimization.

Monitor and maintain data quality, quality control, email deliverability, and measurement of ROI and KPIs.

Required Skills

Advanced skills and experience with digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM, online CMS tools (WordPress, Joomla, Hootsuite, MailChimp, WebEx, or similar) and social media.

Demonstrated ability to project manage marketing initiatives to successful completion.

Strong customer centric attitude, encompassing both internal and external individuals.

Demonstrated experience in data analytics and reporting.

Ability to pay attention to detail while effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be an innovative thinker, creative problem solver.

Highly motivated to continually learn and improve.

Required Experience

College Diploma or University Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of related marketing or sales support work experience preferably in B2B environment
