Duties & Responsibilities

Execute on integrated campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages and other customer communications

Create, test, monitor and optimize programs to maximize targeted lead generation and sales conversions

Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues, and other key marketing operations functions, including lead assignment/scoring and campaign tracking

Work with Demand Generation and Sales to continually refine and streamline lead creation and management process

Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including: GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.

Stay on the forefront of emerging martech and tactics, and cultivate marketing best practices to maintain data integrity and deliver best-in-class campaigns

Contribute to marketing operations playbook and train other teams on Marketo

Deliver reports and dashboards on Marketing-generated and -influenced leads, conversions, sales opportunities and revenue, against benchmarks and targets

Manage contact data acquisition, enrichment and cleansing strategies to ensure quality and usability

Continually monitor program ROI, pipeline contribution, lead/data quality and sales activity to help identify and evaluate acquisition and engagement strategies

Help develop and improve marketing operations processes including resource planning, budget tracking, etc

Manage relationships with various technology vendors, including Marketo and NetSuite

Provide administrative support to marketing, sales and executive teams as needed

Minimum Qualifications

BA or BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

1-3+ years of progressive career experience and hands-on marketing operations execution in demand generation, email, marketing automation and reporting

Intermediate user of CRM/SFA and marketing automation/email marketing platforms (Marketo & NetSuite an asset)

High attention to detail, well organized, and agile

Understanding of lead management processes and technologies

Familiarity with HTML and CSS

Intermediate/Advanced user of Microsoft Excel

Self-starter, results oriented, high attention to detail and well organized

Ability to adapt and learn new systems and processes on the fly

Strong and confident communicator

Experience in navigating third-party and partner relationships
