Key Responsibilities Include
Sales and Business Development
Responsible for generating and qualifying B2B leads; develop mutually beneficial relationships with new partners and leverage existing partnerships to schedule and host events and other marketing activities that speak about Evo at partner Events
Creatively develop solutions to engage with potential business partners, driving value for partners while growing Evo Car Share's Membership base.
Perform a high volume of sales visits to targeted businesses
Pitch to prospective clients on Evo car Share's available offers and services
Build strong relationships with outside business contacts, customers and company stakeholders
Undertake partner follow-up activities; foster relationships with external businesses
When required, increase Evo brand awareness and activate Evo Membership through face to face interactions with the general public
Achieve Member acquisition targets
Timely and accurate reporting and submission of paperwork
Performs other marketing duties relevant to promoting BCAA's brand
Communication of success stories, key learnings and other activities to Evo Marketing Team
Attend and participate in team meetings, as required
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent applicable work experience
1-2 years' experience in sales
Valid BC Driver's License with a clear driver's abstract required for travel is required
Prior customer service and/or sales experience
Demonstrated communication skills (both verbal and written) and leadership skills-must speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and demonstrate group presentation skills
Ability to adjust your communication style to cater to different audiences using expertise, tact, diplomacy and listening skills.
Proven team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire and passion to succeed
Proven ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Driven for results and goal oriented
Demonstrated adaptability – must adapt to changes in work environment and manage demands
Research and strategic analysis skills a plus
Good negotiation skills are an asset
Proficient in MS Office – Word and Excel
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
