Roles & Responsibilities


Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Networking Administration, or a related discipline

Strong technical, problem determination, and resolution skills

Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Technical understanding of Layer 2 Technologies (STP, VTP), Layer 3 Technologies (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, QoS)

Knowledge of Applications – Firewall and Network Access Control Technologies (SNMP, DNS, DHCP, Radius, ACS, ISE, IDS/IPS), Cisco 2900, 3850, ISR, ASR, Nexus 3K/5K/7K, ASA, Firepower IPS

Must be eligible for security clearance with a minimum of 5 years in Canada


Provide end-to-end technical support to the resolution of customer issues

Ensure the optimal and stable operation of the network, including hardware and software

Engage in the resolution of incidents and implementation of changes, service requests and maintenance releases

Monitoring and analyzing capacity and performance on the infrastructure

Engage in the certification and introduction of new equipment and software for our services and customers (executing testing and acceptance)

Participate in an on-call rotation to serve and support our customers
