Roles & Responsibilities


Preparation of income statements and balance sheets for the Rentals business unit.

Supporting the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process for the Rentals business unit.

Analysis of monthly margins and maintenance expenses.

Fixed asset accounting.

Monthly corporate financial metrics reporting.

Reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

Assist with the preparation of annual and quarterly audits and working papers.

Assist in the preparation of internal/external financial reports.

Monthly rental unit billing.

Ad-hoc projects as assigned.


Accounting degree or diploma with 1-2 years of accounting experience.

Communication skills are fundamental (both written and verbal); this role requires significant interaction with upper management and business unit leaders.

Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to improve processes.

Consensus building and organizational skills.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; accounting software knowledge; SAP experience an asset

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; applying good judgment and sound decision making skills.

Experience in manufacturing or a rentals focused operation would be an asset.
