Job Requirements

Strong derivatives business knowledge including industry knowledge of clearing and custody

Understanding of operational risk management to effectively identify issues and dependencies while staying ahead of emerging issues, trends

Innovative and inquisitive mind set to identify efficiency opportunities with respect to process flow methodology as well as enhance scalability

Risk assessment skills to decompose complex operational process requirements, and propose creative, robust solutions

Ability to provide a high level of customer service to our business partners and clients.

Positive relationship building skills with the ability to develop and interact effectively with partners.

Demonstrate TD Framework and shared commitments in the daily activities.

Additional Information 

Education/Accreditations:

University or college degree

Relevant work experience

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 

Solid equities experience within Investment Banking/brokerage/custodian space

End to end understanding of the Derivatives products the businesses supports

Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and the ability to learn and adapt quickly

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to multi-task, meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.

Strong understanding of risk and controls required to support derivative transactions

Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to support global businesses across different time zones

Strong social skills including proven influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills
