Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing a team of on-site and off-shore resources that provide production support and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution. Work closely with Project team to support user acceptance testing from script creation, test execution, issue resolution through test completion while learning the application which would need to be supported. Able to provide an accurate assessment prior to UAT sign off, stating sign-off risk and available risk mitigation. 

Develop KPI’s and report weekly on frequency of production issues relating to systems and detect patterns due to system gaps. Manage the production support team on process improvements, process documentation, and development training materials. 

Must Have: 

8+ years of development and management role 

BS or MS in Computer Science or other comparable field of study, or equivalent work experience; Demonstrable experience working in retail banking, payments, e/m-commerce, online and mobile platforms;

Develop KPI’s and report weekly on frequency of production issues relating to systems and detect patterns due to system gaps.

Strong technical skills and knowledge of Oracle and weblogic.
