Job Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

Meet and greet clients in a professional and courteous manner

Answer phones and schedule appointments

Order office supplies

Support for meetings including ordering catering and managing meeting rooms

Coordinate couriers and mail delivery

Support other administrative functions in various tasks as needed which may include, but is not limited to, document formatting, inventory tracking, event planning support

Monitor and track incoming traffic and guests to maintain a secure and safe working environment

Qualifying requirements for this role: 

Certificate in Office Administration with combined experience

Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with limited supervision

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with multiple personalities, problem solve and remain customer focused

Ability to use a wide-range of software programs including Microsoft Office (SAP considered an asset)

Must be authorized to legally work in Canada.

Successful candidates may be entitled to relocation assistance.
