Roles & Responsibilities

As the Salesforce administrator, you’ll be responsible for hands-on technical implementation of company-wide business systems that support sales, marketing, customer success, finance, engineering, and human resources. You’ll be developing a long-term vision for the overall IT strategy at Auvik, and planning the execution to achieve that vision.

What will I be doing?

Working with people across the organization, you’ll collect requirements to develop the IT solutions that will meet Auvik’s business goals.

You will be working with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Atlassian Suite, OneLogin, Intacct, Zuora and Concur.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong knowledge and experience in administering Salesforce.
  • The ability to gather, document, and execute detailed specifications from high-level requirements with minimal supervision
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and a proven ability to adapt to rapid changes in scope and agenda
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different applications and data sources
  • Someone who’s highly motivated and organized
  • An exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • 3+ years of CRM experience, and ideally most of that experience with Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite
