Primary Responsibilities

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for extending our CRM solution on Salesforce and integrate it with other systems. In order to build the best solution for our customers, you will be expected to work closely with our team locally as well as leveraging our international network.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Design solutions in collaboration with our product team and various stakeholders
  • Implement some of these solutions and delegate others
  • Review and integrate code from the team
  • Support operations from all business units

Desired Skills And Experience

  • At least 4 years of experience implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, using Apex and Visualforce
  • Experience with Apex triggers, classes, writing test code coverage, debug and optimization
  • At least 4 years of software development experience
  • Knowledge of the main integration technologies: HTTP, XML, JSON, SOQL
  • Good communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Knowledge of Agile development
  • A passion for the Salesforce platform and its capabilities Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to craft presentations for executives
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance at all professional and educational career stages
  • High energy and a desire to work in a results oriented, dynamic and high growth environment
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to develop strong professional relationships and to influence others
  • Natural interest or experience in classifieds, e-commerce, internet and technology
  • Willingness and ability to work during periods with high workloads (including weekends when required)
  • Ability to travel globally
  • Fluency in English
