The Salesforce Demand Generation Manager will lead CRM and demand generation efforts as related to B2B marketing across all LoyaltyOne Lines of Business. They will have a strong aptitude in Salesforce, data management, business development processes as well as depth of understanding of web strategy, paid promotions online and other related channels designed to drive leads.

This individual must also possess a keen interest to learn and ideate in a dynamic, team-first environment.

What you’ll do…

  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce related strategy, technical development and ongoing ideation and iteration
  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform on a day-to-day basis including LOB-by-LOB use and manage vendor partnerships
  • Co-lead the ongoing optimization of the Pardot email marketing and automation platform
  • In partnership with the AD, Digital, develop a long-term strategy for Salesforce and CRM at LoyaltyOne
  • Own partnership with business development teams amongst all LOBs focusing on lead generation strategy and Salesforce optimization
  • Ongoing collaboration with business development teams to execute against lead generation strategy including target setting, data capture, data health, platform maintenance, business transparency, measurement and reporting
  • Collaborate in the development of digital marketing strategies across all online channels providing specific lens and expertise to demand generation and Salesforce considerations
  • Support the B2B content and event marketing strategy with a specific lens to demand generation
  • Participate, as determined on a project-by-project basis, in driving larger web-based marketing initiatives, as related to demand generation
  • Collaborate with internal teams including account services, business development, and BT
  • Collaborate with external partners as required
  • Manage one (1) direct report with a digital accountability including partial support of the Salesforce platform
  • Regular insight-based reporting to team lead and senior leadership on the performance of demand generation and the sales pipeline
  • Understand and stay up-to-date with Salesforce / CRM best practices, relevant digital media technologies, and trends


Who you are…

  • 5-7 years of directly related work experience in a B2B digital or marketing environment
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce, other CRM platforms considered a plus
  • Knowledge of Pardot email automation platform
  • Strong communication, relationship management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent understanding of web-based technologies, email, social, and online advertising
  • Experience with Google Analytics is a must; other online analytics platforms are preferred
  • Self-motivated go-getter with a knack for meeting deadlines under pressure
  • Thrives on collaboration, problem solving and accomplishing shared goals with ability to work effectively with cross-functional team, including senior leadership and global offices
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite of products namely: MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
