Job Overview

Roles & Responsibilities


Accurately document and update records in required systems. 

Provide prompt resolutions to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.

Answer incoming calls from customers concerning technical support issues and inquiries in a professional, polite, and courteous manner.

Field billing inquiries from customers while assisting in activating new service provisions, providing plan upgrade information, and cross-selling when applicable.

Test, analyze and clear customer reported trouble

Interpret customer records and repair tickets

Strong customer service skills

Strong language skills in English, written and spoken

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work within a 24/7 environment

Requires high school diploma or equivalent


Basic computer operations

Computer savvy with a keen interest in understanding how things work

PC and hardware troubleshooting

Solid problem-solving skills with proficient attention to detail

Experience working in MAC and PC operating systems

Familiarity with remote desktop environments

Ability to multitask between systems

Ability to quickly adapt to change


Application and software support, minimum of 6 months experience

Previous Customer Contact Centre Experience

Basic knowledge of accounting is a nice to have but not required
