Job Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and process international payroll for inpatriate/expatriate employees
Collaborate with tax, human resources and host country payroll
Check employees tax setup for accuracy
Review general ledger and reconcile payroll accounts including biweekly salary clearing, other ad hoc spreadsheets and analysis using Excel
Assess and register for tax accounts and handle issues with IRS and various states
Assist during payroll processing cycle, month-end and year-end to meet deadlines
Provide information to employees on payroll matters, benefit plans, and timesheet issues
Vacation backup to other team members
Others tasks as assigned by manager

Job Requirements

Post-secondary degree or diploma in a business program
PCP certification is considered an asset
Must have over 5 years of US payroll experience
Experience with ADP software- specific ADP- PCPW software a definite asset
Require good understanding of State/Federal tax laws
Ability to work across multiple payrolls and systems with accuracy and efficiency
Require strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Organized, detailed oriented, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Must be team oriented, strong initiative with ability to work independently, and willingness to learn
Must be flexible with hours and have the ability to work additional hours when required to meet strict deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
